Pathways to Successful Employment Outcomes for Adults with Disabilities

Attendees will learn how to maximize collaboration with state-funded and community-based employment partners to achieve performance outcomes for adults with disabilities. Specific goals of collaboration include: obtaining paid work experience, utilizing adaptive technologies, connecting with employers in local job markets, accessing job placement services, and receiving on-the-job support to maintain long-term employment.
