Curious about how generative artificial intelligence can support your daily work in adult education? This practical webinar is designed specifically for faculty and staff in adult education programs. Discover how large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini can streamline your workflow, assist in ideation, and ultimately help you in better serving your agency’s learners.

In this session, we’ll explore how LLMs can assist with:

Drafting emails, reports, and outreach materials
Creating assessment tools
Lesson planning tailored to diverse learner needs
Goal setting and progress tracking for learners and staff
Creating a variety of starters: flyers, promotional materials, emails
Whether you’re new to AI or already experimenting with it, you’ll leave this session with practical examples and sample prompts to go forward with these time-saving tools. Participants will leave with a list of optional tasks for exploration/experimentation to complete before the second session, with an optional drop-in support session on Tuesday, August 5, 12 – 1:30 p.m.
