Employment and Training Pathways Program (ETPP) Grant Proposal Submission Window Open

The Employment Development Department has announced the Employment and Training Pathways Program (ETPP) Grant for Program Year 2025–26, with up to $16.3 million available to support workforce training and pathways for priority populations, including English language learners, justice-involved individuals, opportunity youth, and veterans.

Eligible applicants include adult education and training providers, workforce boards, community colleges, nonprofit and public agencies, tribal and faith-based organizations, and CBOs.

November 13, 2025 – preregister by 1:00 p.m.

Notice of Intent to Apply (encouraged):
November 20, 2025 – by 12:00 p.m.

Proposal Deadline:
December 8, 2025 – by 3:00 p.m.
