CommonLit is an evidence-based online reading and writing program that is designed to support all learners. Educators use CommonLit to leverage its library of 1,500+ English and 500+ Spanish literacy lessons.
During this webinar, attendees will be shown how to navigate and choose appropriate lessons or sets of lessons from the CommonLit online library and dive into sample lessons. Teachers will learn about CommonLit’s lesson planning resources will also experience CommonLit from a student’s perspective. CommonLit’s comprehension questions, the text-to-speech, translation, and annotation tools will also be explored. In addition, grading students’ writing, sharing feedback, and student data will be covered. By the end of the webinar all teachers will know how they can set up their free teacher account and begin configuring their online classrooms with CommonLit.
