CAEP Directors’ Event Week 2021: Goal-Setting and Targets

The goal-setting and targets session will guide consortia leads and members through the process of setting goals and targets for the next three years. Through this process, consortia leads and members will learn how to incorporate the results of the needs assessment to write clear and measurable goals, create a specific action plan for each goal, intermittently evaluate each goal to examine target achievement, and revise goals as needed.
