California Middle Class

There have been some inquiries about the California Middle Class Tax Rebate which began back in March as Governor Newsom’s proposal for a tax rebate for relief from the gasoline price increases. The negotiations between the Governor and state legislature resulted in a plan which is scheduled to begin sometime next week. The Franchise Tax Board’s webpage dedicated to this rebate plan is the best one to determine who is eligible and how much an individual will receive.
