CAEP/TAP posted deletions and additions to their Professional Development (PD) Calendar.
The deletions/cancellations include TOPSpro Basics-Quick Start which was scheduled for 9/2/20 from 10-11:30 a.m., and TOPSPro Basics-Generating Reports which was scheduled for 9/9/20 from 1-2:30 p.m.
The ongoing series of OTAN Office Hours for Maximizing Moodle have been scheduled for September 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m..A CASAS presentation entitled Fall 2020: Considerations When Implementing Distance Learning will occur on September 3 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. On September 4, an OTAN Webinar 10 Interactive Activities for Live Online Classes is available. An event for February (no, that’s not a typo) 2021 has already been announced. CALPRO is hosting an Online class titled Motivation and Persistence for Adult Learners.
CALPRO also announced deadlines for three PD events. Online Integrated Education and Training Implementation Clinic application deadline is October 2; The 2020-21 Professional Learning Communities application deadline is October 16; and the application deadline for the 2021 Adult Education Leadership Institute is November 16.
